Ada Mukhina is a nomadic artist, theatre director, performer, curator, researcher, and visiting lecturer. Born in 1988 in St. Petersburg, she lives and works in different countries. After completing her law education, she studied at the St.Petersburg Theatre Academy and MA in Advanced theatre practice at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. She also completed a directing internship with Rimini Protokoll at the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus. As a director she staged, among others, “Locker Room Talk” at the Meyerhold Centre in Moscow and “RiskLab” at the Camden People's Theatre in London. She is one of the creators of "Caries of Capitalism" (2019) at the Meyerhold Centre, and a Berlin fellow (2020) of the Akademie der Künste.
